Do all men capable of cheating cheat?

Of course all men dont cheat but I think all men capable of cheating cheat. I am a guy and was having an argument with my friend we will call him Doug. I made the comment that our other friend I will call him John who just got married a 2 months ago cheated on his wife Sara by going on a business trip and getting oral from some random collage girl that was coming on to him. Doug got really upset and said he would never do that.... but Doug is the kind of guy that would never happen to.... he it the type of guy that would be lucky to get anyone. John on the other hand can pretty much have any woman he wants. So just wanted to ask the question Do all men capable of cheating cheat? wether it be once or lots of times?
