How many people "tied the knot" on February 29th?

When my (soon-to-be) step-father and mother chose this day I thought it was very "cool & unique". They celebrated with "cards" each year. Then when "leap-year" rolled around they really "partyed it up"! IE, trip to Reno/ Vegas, shopping spree, fine- dining etc. XOXO Moonpie
