What colorblindness test does the navy use other than the dotted plates?

I was told they use the same ones as the FAA and the FAA uses a lot of different alternate test like the Farnsworth lantern and what not, and i was just wondering if the navy uses the same alternate test as the FAA. The guy at the FAA told me the navy uses them but the air force doesn't and i just wanted to know if that was true. again i am not talking about the dotted plates. i plan to become a naval pilot
