No and in fact, names that are really out there are reported by hospital personnel. You will not be allowed to bring the baby home until you've seen a judge. People who choose names such as Enough or number or other really icky names often have drug and alcohol problems as well, hence the visit to the judge. It is a HUGE red flag as to how the child may be treated.
