Do you take particular joy in watching NYC flounder about in the snow? Can you imagine why a city that taxes?

It snows there EVERY winter, and the have a "blizzard of the century" at least once every 10 years. It's only news, because all the US news channels are based in NYC. For being the bastion of the "intellectual elite", I find it comical that they complain and moan every time the weather is bad. They will be griping the next summer that reaches 100 degrees, and that too happens every 10 years or so.
