Turning in a fugitive?

I agree with Larry. Once you contact them they WILL find out exactly who and where you are, and then either use that info to find the person themselves, or threaten you to get the info out of you for free. They will never offer you anything unless you have a professional do your bargaining for you. CALL A LAWYER!!!
