Tips to losing body fat?

I weighed 206 in high school and I'm 5''11, after graduating in 08 i decided i should lose some weight. After half a year of dieting i droped to 184. Now i've been going to the gym for the past month and a half including some light lifting at home for the past year, I am 190lbs and eat around 2,500- 3,100 calories a day. 4-5 meals of chicken , turkey, some steak, and carbs. This all including a protein shake a day. Again i now weigh 190lbs with 16.8% body fat. I want to drop to about 12-14%. I picked up a little cardio warmup everyday, (3-4 min half mile run) Machine estimates around 70-80 cals brunt but thats probably baloney I also play badminton 2 times a week for 3 hours. I'm taking my daily vitamins for men. Is there anymore advice anyone can give me??
