If we the people should reclaim our government should we adopt the Declaration of Independence?

and bill of rights as the law of the land like our ancestors did?reestablish the rights of the people unenbered by special interest amendments,that has weakened the rights of citizens lately,should politically correctness be considered a form of treason?limit the supreme court to interpreting the Declaration of Independence and bill of rights,and forbid them from legislating from the bench?
