Having another child when one already has a genetic disease?

I am a 38 male with CF. My parents had three children. I am the youngest. My oldest brother was born without CF. My second brother had CF (p away at age 8). The severity of the disease can very even from family member to family member. The possibility is real of having multiply sibling with CF.. The advancements made since the 70's is unbelievable.
