I am desperate to become pregnant, i need help my b-f does'nt finish inside me often,?

Hello i wanted some advice from a women also who were after the samething and got results, My B-F does't want kids right now but i had a miscarrige in may of 06 and i had an abortion in nov.06 for financial situations and i was realy scared to have this baby i was living in a trailer and i didnt even have a car i was scared for my baby to get sick and i was not able to even take him to the dr. my B-F was always working and my dad was upstate in NYC i got realy scared and i made my dicision after going to the clinic back and forth 3 times i was undisided but now we have been having unprotected for the last year and i have not gotten pregnant i am very conserne that i might have problems but i wne to the gyn and he said everything was ok i am even ovulating normaly i feel when im ovulating but i guess i migt be having on the wrong dates, I feel like now i am ready for a baby i have a good and steady jod i have a new car me and my man are leaving together, anyone have any advice
