Rockband 3 or Guitar Hero Warriors of Rock?

I have Dj Hero and love it. I do not own any plastic instruments for these games nor have played them. I love clic rock, alternative, and punk. Guitar Hero's setlist appeals to more but the addition of a piano sounds awesome! I cant make up my mind which one to get(with peripherals). Any suggestions?
