Agree with edie. YOU dont need to do anything But tell YOUR parents. Youre 14 and this is over your head. Shouldnt even be in your radar. IF you want to be very very nice pull the 19 year old aside. Let him know what he is doing is illegal. He can do time. This AFTER jail, court, attorneys, fees, police, social isolation and a record. Tell him you will give him 4 hours or 8 hours to END it w/ the girl. No more because they may do something stupid like run off. If he breaks it off you might consider dropping the issue. If not tell him you WILL tell your parents. Then they can talk to the guys parents and still might avoid jail, court, etc... Give him a chance or two maybe to change. She sounds like the kind of girl so many guys want. She is probably a great lay and wild. Let her do 17 year olds. But this guy is illegal.
