Any vets around? Kittens during pregnancy? Is toxoplasmis less likely if you've had previous cats?

Obviously, the first person didn't read that you were pregnant. Anyway, I would steer clear of the kittens. I would not change the litter box if I were you. I do not know if you can build up an immunity to toxoplasmis, but I think it is unlikely.
