Are MS. PAC-MAN, Street fighter II, and Super KO Boxing free to play on LG Rumor?

There are three games that are already in the LG Rumor cell phone. I was wondering, if I were to play those, would it charge to my cell phone bill? They are Ms. Pac-man Demo, Street Fighter II Demo, and Super KO Boxing.
