Is this enough exercise for today? ?

I rode my bike 3 miles to a running track, then did a half mile of walking the track and a half mile jog, then got back on my bike and rode the 3 miles back home. The terrain for the bike ride was pretty hilly. Took me about an hour. Should I do more of a workout today?
