What can we do? please i need your help!!?

so recently my bfs mom has threatened to kick him out cuz were together. hes still 16 and a minor so i figured she couldnt cuz its illegal.. as it turns out hed end up in a home cuz of cps cuz of the way they treated him as a child... at this point theres nothing we can really do except wait it out... were recently not together but even tho were not over its still killing us cuz we want to be... hes willing to get kicked out to be with me even tho he'll have no where to go abd i cant let him do that... his mom for some reason has something against me even tho weve never met and theres nothing that ive done that would put something bad against me... at this point it all seems hopeless :(
