Why muslim can burn the bible and church with pastor, kids and people still inside it?

Source please. I never heard of a Muslim burning a church with a pastor and people inside it. It is actually forbidden to kill pastors unless they do something that makes them deserving, even in wars (one of the ten Muslim rules in war is not to kill holy men). It is always forbidden in Islam to kill children. Burning a church is also not allowed.
