Help me please. I am not able to play games. I restored my computer 2 factory settings and still cant play?

I am a pogo addict and about a month ago my pogo page would not come up then 2 days later it would. then it happened again. about a week ago I could not get in again and still couldnt as of last night thought it was my computer so I erased my computer and started from scratch. well didnt work I cant get into pogo and when I try to play aol games I just get an "x" in the top left corner. can some one help me figure out how to fix this what am I doing wrong??????
